How to register SSM during MCO

1. Go to EZBIZ sign up and fill in your details.

2. Write an email to below email address and attach with :

a) Picture ~  photostat copy of identify card (front and back) 

b) Photo ~ applicant holding identify card

c) Photo ~ driving license or birth certificate... to active your account

ezbizactivation@ssm.com.my

3. After receiving the email "EzBIz Account Activation (EZ0xxxxxxxxxxxxx)" from EZBIZ ADMIN, go to https://ezbiz.ssm.com.my/?0 to fill in your NEW BUSINESS REGISTRATION FORM A and made the PAYMENT. 

4. After you get the email "SUBJECT: EZBIZ ONLINE | APPROVE BUSINESS REGISTRATION APPLICATION FOR (EB-Axxxxxxxxxxxxx:xxx)" from EZBIZ ADMIN, go to https://ezbiz.ssm.com.my/?0 download and print out you company certification.
